Toll HWY

I got ravaged... total of $23.09 to take the damn what is it... 407. Very frustrating... I could have paid a hooker with that cash LOL j/k :fustrated Just thought I'd share the feeling... Took the Ohio Turnpike from just across from MI all the way to Virginia, and came back with TWO cars, and it still cost me less ($12 USD) than what I paid to get west end TO to east end TO... I feel ripped

i feel ur pain bruno, its a rip anyways you dont save much time taking it, since theres even rush hour traffic and backups on it from when ive traveled on it, when it was new it was great but now its just like every other hwy, too many damn cars on the road.

did you have a transponder?

I took the 404 to 427 route in my G/F's car because we were late for an appointment, and I knew the 401 was packed. Bill came.....charged for no transponder, new account, toll for the KM's travelled, and Tax.

Came out to be around $6.50 for that 20+ km trip.....ONE WAY!

At least I arrived with time to spare.

I can't wait to see if the goverment will sell the LCBO like they did the 407.

407 a rip in general, I'm never taking that dam thing again.
Just got my bill and they charged me 9.46 to go from dufferin to keel and that was twice because I was helping some dumb ***** who forgot to put gas in his car and it got stuck on the 407.
$3.30 each time you dont have transponder, actual distance is only like $0.48.

I took the 407 today back from Winston Churchhill to the 404. I saved myself lots of time and it was worth every penny, the 401 was a parking lot heading back through the 427 cause of construction.

the 401 was just a parking lot there then it cleared up nicely ....always does take collectors once you get to the express/collector split and you'll miss half the construction

got a question....I have taken the 407 a few times and always got the bill a month or even two later....but I took it form brock to the 400 a LONG time ago and still have yet to recieve a bill...is there a certain speed you gotta go so that they can see the pic of your plates??? maybe I was going a little bit over the limit
my plates were visible, no dust/dirt, I had just had the car cleaned, so maybe it was too blurry to make out the plates?

Free is always good. I've tried driving faster past the cameras, but it didnt work. I tried driving down the middle of line and that didn't work. So unless your license plate was covered but u mentioned not, I'm clueless. Maybe sunlight reflection?

i doubt it was because you were going too fast

probably just a mix-up on their end
