Too much Kraft Peanut Butter Good or Bad?

Is Peanut Butter, as in 10 teaspons a day bad for you?

It has no cholestrol,
some fat and calories
but 3.1grams of Protein!

I say you document how your study on PB+J goes.

Chart the results, and post them.

So I guess Peanut Butter - Good Healthy Paste

Since I need at least 80 grams of protein a day to gain weight, I suppose 20tsp a day straight wouldnt be a bad thing?

Coincidentally, I just read in an old issue of Men's Health magazine that peanut butter is good for you well, NUTS! There's some chemical in peanuts that makes your nuts perform better.

PB rocks!!
