i think its all good, its a win win situation between the player and the team... Lindros would get bonus the more games he played... and for the team, they only paid him 1.55Mil (in case he gets injured again)compared to his 8.5 mil from NY Rangers per year...

I think the Leafs are going to be sick this year. Every team in the NHL has become more competitive.

With Lindros, we're going to be strong down the middle. And good teams are stong down the middle.

Sundin, Lindros, Allison, Antropov, Stajan all play centre. Then you have Defencemen like McCabe and, well, i forget who the defenceman are...Klee? Marchment? Kaberle? anyway, and then you have Eddie in net. So maybe shore up the Defense a little and we'll be sick.

They haven't even played a game and everyone is saying they're gonna suck...BLOW ME AND SUCK ON MY BLUE AND WHITE TESTIES SUCKS.

i couldn't have put it better myself. and lindros was not offered any other bonuses as Allison was, just the 1.55 million. lindros is still capable of putting up numbers as long as he is healthy, and was a great pick up by JFJ. I doubt that we will get carter tho, unless hes going for dirt cheap too, cause we still have to sign 4 players from last years team with only 4 mill left. Im not saying this is the best leafs team we could have, but considering this ****ed up cap situation, the leafs did a good job of signing: O'neill, Khavanov, Allison and Lindros. im not a senators fan either, but they do have a solid team.

Ferguson is a retard! Lindros????? Come on. He'll play like 10 games. Last year he played 39 games and had 10 goals and 22 assists. What good is 39 games?????
Watch out for Calgary and Philly! I love Detroit, but these are the two teams to keep an eye on.

32 points in 39 games ain't bad at all.

And New York didn't even make the playoffs, so if heplays 39 regular season games for us and comes up hug in the playoff I'll be happy.

Lindros will be fine, watch and see.

And he didn't get the fancy 'injury' clause contract because he had played a certain amount of games the previous year. Allison got it because he missed the whole season.

PS. I hate on Detroit and Philly just as much as the Sens.
