Toy cars...

okay, somebody must remember these battery operated toy cars that had like little wheels on the bumpers so they could follow the track that was specially made for them. you could upgrade the motors and tires

I need to know the name of these things

help!!

nope not slot cars...the tracks had side walls to it...which is why the cars had wheels on the bumpers

I've got some of those cars. Argh, no I don't know the name, I picked them up at the Dollar store of all places (Dollarama) *thinks thinks thinks*

They aren't slot cars, they run on their own, on a track,it used to be big, hmmm... it will come to me.. eventually.

thats them...but what were the more normal brand ones called, u could get them at k-mart and sh*t

they were sick...I know mine wasnt 4wd

K-mart sold them, they were Tamiya. Dollarama had them, umm... they're 4wd too. ($1!)

Dun know what manufacturer they were..made in china...

nah guy, me and the guy here at work had them...they were rwd and not made by tamiya...they were like 25bucks back in the early 90's

I know exactly what you are talking about, but I can't think of the name of them either.

Yes, they were not made by Tamiya. I had one of these. I had the one which used the third battery for more power, but my bro had the 4wd one with two motors (which was faster).

They even had a TV show where they raced them on a track.
