Question Transferring Video

Is anyone using a program or hardware to transfer Hi8 or even VHS tapes to their computer? If so, gimme some feedback in how you like it, cost, etc.

Want to transfer some wedding footage to CD or even VCD to preserve the memories

Thanks

I have an ATI Tv Tuner card with RCA, and S-VIDEO input on it to capture video.

For the price $90 its real good, and you can watch tv on it too.

Theres some other external ones too like Dazzle I think, from Futureshop, which work through USB, might be a bit more expensive though.

This card is very new and I am putting it through it paces.

The 3d Performance is acceptable.
