Trojan Virus

Trojan Virus
I just did a full virus scan on my comp and it found a Trojan virus. I quarantined it and tried to repair it but no luck. What should I do??

The file D:\WINDOWS\tinybar.exe is infected with the Download.Trojan virus.

Your fuqked. I told you not to go to **** sites....but did you listen? nooooooooooooooooooooooooo. 
Can't you just go find where the thing is...right click on it, and delete it yourself?
Do you have XP? Have you tried to restore to an earlier date? DON'T do this untill you find out if doing this might fuqk up the computer.....ok?

Yah I'm running XP now and just deleted the damn thing.
Running another full system scan to double check.

You can try this program to delete it http://www.simplysup.com/ or you'll have to delete it manually from the registry.
