me2 man, I was so frustrated when my burner didn't work and i got little support from ricoh, finally my dad had to write them a letter and they obliged to take it in for return but before that i tried everything and even took it to the stores to test it out before finding out my rom was dead but hopefully its still workin on your comp

Ok, it seems I need a serial number to get the program to work because my trial has expired. Anyone got any help with that?
