Tuna fish is gross
man I finally owned up and started putting tuna back for it's protein content..I made soem tuna salad and piled that **** on a sandwich....it tastes good for liek 2-3 seconds then you get this made gross taste but I'll stuff the whole can back..
I liek it cause it's cheap and I'm poor so any cheap form of protein is good even though it taste's horrible....I'm sure it woudlnt' taste so bad it I wasnt' eatign so much at once..

boooya 1 can is now in my belly no need for "weight gainer" shakes here just eating gross *** **** liek cottage cheese and tuna in large amounts will do

incidently last night, there were a lot of snails out last night. My friend said that he would eat a snail for $20, so we took out the money, then he chickened out..
he was afraid he would get a buzz or something eating a snail, but after some discussion we figured out that it was a certain type of frog you can get a buzz from if you lick it.

pffft I have ate tons of snails in my day ever heard of escargo good stuff
ya I'm eating the whole can which is alot of tuna and I'm nto a huge fan of the taste and the salad was kinda crappy made by myself...try eating a whoel can of tuna on 1 sandwich....

yes I do eat that in a daybut is get's expensive...usually one steak or chicken brest then I fill with cheap stuff like oatmeal, cottage cheese, eggs, and now tuna for somethign new....bulking is a bitch...30 pounds in 6 months so fare with break's of illness in there first half year of training

protein shakes make you fart if your new to them...take them for 2-3 weeks and the farting is gone...depends on what you take aswell....protein shakes taste real good
if your into protein shakes then get "Dorian yates propetide MBF" has protein carbs cals glutimine and good bacteria for good crapping and digestion..expensive but the best..
nothing will take the place of food..I'd rather buy food than protein shakes man I eat like crazy damn ectomorphia and gaining hard
maybe I'll cycle on AAS this year gain 20 pounds in a couple months ....
lift hard eat harder and sleep I wanna be teh biggest person ever in my family history...I got the height now I need another 40 lbs atleast of muscle I wanna be 180-200 with decent body fat

ps -- tuna is good. I recomend trying some of the new cloverleaf flavoured tunas. The portions are a bit smaller so they are perfect fo snack. Only semi-bad thing is the floavouring adds a few carbs per serving but not horrible. Try the spicey Thai tuna...woohoo. It is hot and good.
Also - if you are drinking whey protein shakes... the best out there is Interactive stuff. I think ti tastes the best and actually has some of hte best whey in it. mmm - mix with super cold milk or water and it is awesome.

dude I'm skiny now I can't even image what I looked like before....I jsut do agressive strenght training mostly...bench dead lights, squats....I think it's funny that I'm a twig yet I can murder any of my friends on any lift yet they "look" bigger..btu are way shorter...
