You need the air filter......get a high performance one if you must improve the air flow is what I would say

it's not safe... but it helps get more air in to your engine....

ask any drag racer if they have a filter on thier engine... most will say no....

you should always run with an airfilter, no matter where you drive

I once found a Kleenex on top of my filter (inside the air box). Dunno how it got there but w/o a filter it would have ended up right inside my engine. No good could have come of that!! I would not recommend running w/o a filter unless it's for testing purposes and the engine is being monitored visually and inside a clean garage.

Ok i realize that the pic wont work for anyone but JDM civic members....anyways the post was not really a question....i know how bad it is to run without an air filter. Just wanted to see what you guys thought about it, but instead you all answered me like i wanted to do it.
