Yeah. People who live in Oshawa are in the best position to make a judgment call on what their city is like, just as people who live in Mississauga or Kitchener or Hamilton are in the best position to know what their city is like. lol, anyway, back to topic...

i live in durham area, and oshawa is 15 mins away from my house, 2 towns away.....i used to work in whitby and went to school in oshawa, so i am very very familiar with the area without living there
