University/College Diploma/Degree Abbreviations

What are some of the abbreviations? I have a couple business cards and they have these abbreviations that I dont know what they are.

For instance, B.Sc, AIT

I'm assuming Bachelor of Science, and AIT is Asomething Information Technology?

What would I get? Business Administration - Marketing (diploma)
Business Management - Marketing (degree)

are you serious?! look it up in the program description.

i assume that the business management degree would be a B.A...unless it is a special degree...kinda like the B.Comm. degree.

Shazza CAPS have always worked here, as long as it's not your entire post...

Steve - you lazy bastard lol - the name of your program doesn't always determine your degree... and your major has NO impact on your degree... Business Management is just a field of study... it's up to your school if they give you a BA or a BComm...

in terms of a diploma there's no letters associated with it that I know of, diploma will just say Diploma in Business Management from ________________

Although as an aspiring professional, I and people that already are professionals laugh at people who put their degrees in their names...

thinks like BA, BSc, BComm, MBA, Masters of _____ all those things are things that you HAVE... should not be associated with your name or business card.

LLB, JD, PhD are things that you ARE - hence you put it in your name and title

otherwise you're jsut 'trying' to show off

ALWAYS HAS WORKED...

unless you have no lower case typing in your post... if a post is ALL CAPS, like the entire post it does

yeah... putting B.A. or B.Sc. is like putting down what kind of car you have, or the kind of shoes you wear... 'Penny Loafers' ... lmao

M.Sc. I can maybe see IF it has something to do with your job... certain jobs require you to have certain qualifications... that's the exception to the rule...
