update:guy that stole me 500 bux

a few months ago i posted a thread about how i purchased a 95 civic cx hatch white in color from the trader and the guy ruipped me off...he ripped off a total of 11 people....

collecting everyones deposits..and telling us were gona get the car monday after its safetied....i gave him 500 dollars and got screwed over...

well after months of waiting on APRIL 28TH....he appeared in court in kitchener and was convicted and ordered to pay everyone back....

yeyyyyy!
i might actually get my 500 bux backkk!!!

depending on when you filed for granted judgement, you'll just have to wait until he pays the other people first. Usually in the order that they filed.

Are you sure the guy has $5500 to pay all of ya (500 x 11)?

Most of the time, bums like that have spent most of their money in casino and hookers.

i donno if it was 5500
not everyone gave him 500 they each gave diff amounts as there deposits...
coule be more could be less

aall i was told is if he doesnt pay back then i can sue...where as then the court can take action is takin things like his assets...to pay

COngrats man!
I remember when I bought my CRX, my dad gave the guy a cheque for x amount. It was post-dated and my dad said that if he didnt have the car ready when he said he would, he'd cancel the cheque.
