USB Key Problem

I have a USB key that has a 32MB capacity.
There is a file on it that says it is 526 MB! It got there when I transferred files onto if from another PC, and I guess something screwed up during the transfer.
I can't delete the file because it says "Cannot read from the source file or disk"

What can I do to get rid of it?

^No I haven't tried that.
How do you format or recover it?

OK, thanks everyone. I formatted it and now that file is gone so I can use it again. Thanks!
