Anyone here know if u can get good deals if u wanna go away in Dec? I am not picky to where I go cuz i hav'nt been many places. I looked around and it seemed like the prices were double because I wanna go around Christmas! Anyone ever go away during this time ????

There are ssssssssooooooo many online discount vacation sites on the net now. Plus, try a search on this site, its been covered, peoples recommendations of discount sites. I'm going away in December. I am going to Miami for new years, but I am driving and staying with a friend

I'm assuming you are looking to go to an all-inclusive somewhere?
There are lots of good deals in December for last-minute vacations (1-2 weeks prior), except for the 'official holiday week'...naturally, that's priced higher. But right after the holidays, prices drop considerably.

Keep checking the websites--there are deals to be had, especially if you're not picky about your destination.

Ok I found sum sites but it seems everything is like double the price! I wanna leave sumtime around dec.23rd If I wait will the prices goo down I wanna spend no more then 2000 for me and my wife. And nothing less then 3.5 - 4 star

You may have a bit of trouble finding a deal at that particular time. Went away last January to Mexico, but the discounts didn't start until holiday season was done (mid to late January)...mind you, when going last-minute, got a great deal, probably saved half. Really hope you two can find something for a decent price.
