Want to rent a condo

My gf need to rent a condo, starting in Jan or end of Dec. She's looking for:

1) Prefer Yonge/Finch to Sheppard area, or Bayview Sheppard, or on Hwy between Bayview to Kennedy area, or those newer Monarch condo on McCowan/Finch. Will consider other locations.

2) smaller size is fine, could be 500 ft for 1 room or 1+1.

3) fees better be between $700-$1200 including power/water/ whatever cost.

4) building better be newer than 15 yrs.

please let me know if you know someone has a place for rent, or if you live in a condo in these area, then PLEASE check the notice board in your building if you get a chance! [Smile]

thanks in advance!

my contact is: faijason AT hotmail.com

you might wanna shorten your search area if u guys want something quick...you are looking for a condo to rent from north york to scarborough..lol

along the yonge corridor (from 401 to finch..dont go further north), a one or a 1+1 in a not so old building will cost you around $1200 and up only....plus you might have to pay your own hydro.

$700 will buy you garbage to be honest.....i dont wanna even go near those buildings. if u have a choice....get one in north york in scarborough (no pun intended).

Thanks for the link guys. Very helpful. Actually, it's just a range. We are not limited to $1200 :P let's say we try to keep it under $1400....

gotti78, how soon is your condo going to be available for rent?

Not looking for roommate, I actually has a friend who can rent out a room for her, so we are looking for a condo first.

szuberi, not likely downtown. That's too far away from my house haha... I want to save gas. :P
