Its the ultimate blackout bingo guys. Something is up most definately. H.A.A.R.P in Alaska in my opinion is responsible for these blackouts.

They're doing it as a chaos response test to see how quickly emergency services are restored and back to normal, and also to possibly knock back the economy growth and to privatise the national grids in the world into the hands of private companies instead of the government.
