YAY!!!!

Dennis and I just found out, we are moving into a townhouse July 1st. For those of you who know us well, you'd know we HATE where we live with a passion. We live in an apartment building, located right near a HIGHSCHOOL... horrible. Its not the best highschool at that.

So we are renting still, but Im happy because now its like our own place yay!

I didnt realize that if you were month to month you had to give 60 days notice, I thought you only had to give 60 days notice when you were in a lease, but our lease is done, and for reasons listed above we didnt want to renew.

so now, I have to wait and see what our landlord says here at the building. I left him a message and dropped a letter in his mail box here, he lives in Aurora or something. So hopefully he accepts our 30 days. Or it looks like we will be living here for another month and the other place, which could be benificial as it makes the move a bit easier, then we dont have to rush we have time to do it slowly (great idea Mandie and Marty btw).

So yeah!!!!
