Yeah but MLS doesn't really have places for Rent that is for Sale Only.

You should also check out craigslist, a buddy of mine found an awesome place through that.

mls had some nice places to rent for 3500/month...and thats just a wee outta the ballpark for me...but i have found some decent places in the area we are lookin...so its promising
