Well, I can say that I dont have a g/f yet so I dont get any complaints from her. But I do get complaints from my parents asking why do you keep buying things for your car ? Bla bla bla, you know what it is.
My response is, " do you want me to take up drinking or gambling for a living ? Or would you rather me have an asset in my hands rather than a possible liablility ?"

i don't have a Gf , but my x-gf used to Drive a Sunfire GT , then got her interested in Hondas , and she finally bought a 2001 Prelude SE 
She didn't mind my car hobby(obsession), i know my limits , and i always had time for her , so she didn't mind , she loved my old black coupe si
With the $$$$ , it was my money , worked for it and earned it , so she didn't complain

okay...
my just broke up gf thinks i'm wasting money, she has NO IDEAS why i'd rather become broke and still throwing money at it..
my ex loved it... supported me in everyway, just not money wise
my other ex thinks it's a waste of money, loved the looks just no suspension change cuz she hates the stiffnesss....
to cope with it... i'm gf less now

As most of you know my gf is a part of this club too, were both in to the whole import modifying thing, we both love cars, love hondas. We work together on our cars and support each other 100%...

well my BF gets jealous considering when i do go to meets its usually all guys hahaha but i tell him to be quiet about it so he doesnt say much but im not a crazy modder so yah... but he thinks its cool of course that i have a nice car...

well...the last two guys ive dated have been into the scene as well so they supported it, and before that i wasnt as much into it as i am now so it doesnt really apply. Right now i dont have to wory about what anyone thinks so its cool.
