She respects my auto love but does understand it. Until I detail or repair her car.
I have been to many of her baseball games. She is still reluctant to come to a TCC meet or event but she is warming up to the invitation.

wow back form the dead, my gurl freind doesent understand my car fad, but slowly i'm phsing out of extreme modding (auto upholstery, body kits, etc..) and i'm only buying things that can be removed easily should i choose to sell the car. so i'm getting better.

my girlfriend thinks its a bit of a waste of money, but she agress that the ricing i do looks good.
she doesnt really hate it or like it, so i guess shes neutrel to it.
but she thinks ppl off this forum are wierdos (only brought her alone like 4 or 5 times when buying/selling crap)

Heh, I couldn't believe I said that 2 years ago.
Well many things have changed since then. The woman is still the same one, but boy oh boy, I sure broke a lot of promises when it comes to car modifications.

my gf ****ing hated my rice 
i had a cirl come up 2 my window and start talking 2 me at some lights she was in the back and the windows were tinted hahahahaha i got a wack in the back of the head because i said WELL HELLOOOOOOOO THERE hahahahahaaha the girl just shrugged and laughed and walked buy wiggleing her **** i thaught it was sooo funny
i would get people yelling NICE CAR and random people just start talking 2 me she hated it and i spent more time and money on the car then her and she realy hated it and wen she found out i got myself into dept with the car oooo man it was painfull she was yelling at me and stuff hahhahaa
i sold the car it was getting 2 expensive 4 me and the cops were hasteling me and i have a pitbull and cant get ****ed with the dog in the car cus cops dont know the ****ing law and were hasteling me about no muzzel on the dog in the car
so off the car went and the gf got happier ??coincidence?? i get laid more thats all i care about now i have a pos civic and she hates that 2 cus she cant drive stick

I think its a different story if you're a girl. Try and find a boyfriend when chances are you can fix a car better than him, drive a nicer car than him, go to meets to hang out with almost all guys with the same hobbies as you and talk once a week, get recognized everywhere you drive. Most guys wouldn't put up with that stuff even if they tried.

my gf is ok with it. She has no issues at all If I work on my car or anybody elses, as long as I make time for her as well. She doesn't even care what I spend my money on, because I am pretty good with my money and have lots saved up now, and am more interested in long term investments than spending money on some blue lights for my car
