well it's for work so obviously no nudity, it's for like a gala fundraiser event, one of those hospital thingies where they raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for patients etc...

target market is people like 30-50, executive business class people with a high level of disposable income...

Ice sculptures are a good idea, but what would catch even more attention isif you make fruit punch run through the sculpture so that when people go get a drink, they will have there eyes on the logo as they are thirsty. It is a fact that when people are looking for something in particular (drink), they seem to look around very vaguly, not paying attention to many things hard, but when they find what they want, they focus, so as they are focusing, they will say "hey, what a nice sculpture" (and see the logo).

Another idea is to take what vacation/cruise ships do. Get fruit like pineapple, cantelope, and all that, and cut it all up into different shapes and sizes and make your logo out of it. Place that in the center of the table where the fruit is.

When the people arrive, make sure that you have a specific card for them to say where they will be sitting. Make it a fold card where it sits on the table but on one side of the card is there name, and on the other is your companies logo. Reason for this is because people around the table will see these cards from the *** side and see the logo ALL the time. Rather than having there name on both sides. This is another effective way to advertise.

By the sounds of it, you are looking more towards subliminal advertising. Where messages aren't directly given to you in person, but they are there and many will see it when they are focusing on something and have that logo stuck in their head. Just like in the movies, how Reese's Pieces is associated with what movie ? I'm sure you all know, that is subliminal messages that when people focus, they will see that and have the brand inprinted into their head.

The main thing is that you dont want to make it seem like you are FORCING the logo/business on them. You wont to make it suttle yet effective. Also, it would help if we knew what type of business this company does. How respectible they are? Is their brand recognized ? ETC.

Let me know if this helps.....

PS: i'm a marketing student

Fully naked women with clothing painted on their bodies with the company logo painted on them aswell. My company did that last month at a show. It certainly left a lasting impression in my mind. lol.
