veggie sub?? WTF? get all the carbs, no protein, and a pile of poorly washed vegetables filled with pesticide.

veggie subs are the WORST possible choice as rated by Men's Health!!! Stay away!

i hate u guys! ur lunches seem sooo good. i want burger king and wendy's and subs. u make me wanna quit the diet.

it's the aktins diet ... I'm back on that thing .... I will be for most of the summer... BK has some low carb meals....

atkins diet eh? i read some of the book and use the concepts but i dont follow the diet...

useing some of the concepts seem to be working over the last few months

I had a gyro on a pita with a side greek salad today from souvlaki hut

if anybody is ever in the clarkson area check that place out, top notch greek food!!!

Today I had some BBQ flavoured chicken wings! I think that I should eat some veggies too, but too lazy to wash and cook 'em.
