Getting a consolidation loan to dump all my debts. The loan is now paid off. I have no more debt now except for my mortgage/line of credit.

Everything I have ever done to keep myself alive to today, and continue to do so for the future.

As of right now I am happy that I didn't go out and buy another civic to mod (ppl laugh now, i laugh later) and just put that money in the bank as well get my credit card to build my credit and my RRSP finally setup so by the time im 22-23 I will be able to purchase a house on my own and not be a 23 yr old loser sitting at home.

Edit*
Addition: Staying with my long time g/f instead of breaking up over no reason..best girl i've ever had

Nothing wrong with modding a civic, everyone has hobbies, but if you pour more money into modding your civic and don't have enough to pay off the important bills, and eat KD everyday then you might have a problem.

Nothing wrong with living at home, why go out and pay rent for something you might never own.

Smartest thing I ever did was break up with my ex girlfriend.... sorry stevo but its true.

Also attending university and changing majors from computer science to business. I feel sorry for those poor saps in com sci, after graduating getting paid 12-15 an hour as a network admin LOL. suckers!

And lastly being TOTALLY debt free feels really good.

even if it was, why can't someone be proud IF they did drop out and are doing well for themselves. School doesn't automatically mean your better off, plenty of people are motivated and end up running theyre own business and are very well off, and have little or no continuing education.

Family is important. I rather spend more time with my parents now than just move out and live on my own - even if I can afford a house, or an apartment now.

Another thing would be that I am still contributing the same amount to my RRSP after moving out of my parent's place. When I first started to contribute, I was living at home so I contributed a fair bit. When I moved out, got married & bought a house, I didn't lower my contribution. I hope to be a rich a$$ later on.
