What's so good about FireFox (I.Y.O)
Everyone keeps on mentioning to switch over to firefox and i'm willing to try it, but what's so good about it?

tabs....
imo it loads pagers fast erthen msn, does not crash, the program itself is small, viruses are targeted at ie, popups, ads, and so on are easily removed...
just try it is owns

pop-ups are mostly gone
less crashing
nice download manager
tabbed browsing is a god send
layout is nicer
small google search at top
not buggy

I just downloaded it and for some reason my I.E is much fast then Firefox? maby i'm just addicted to I.E

TABS TABS TABS...oh those glorious tabs! plus no pop ups and stuff like that. it loads up fast for me.

Not enough for me to change for good. I tried it out for awhile but always go back to IE, no issues here. I have no pop ups with the google toolbar installed

Firefox has increased browsin speeds, built in tools that will block pop ups, spyware etc.

Tabbed browsing makes life 100 times easier, and you dont have to deal with any of the BS you do with IE.

try opera....i think they are free now since a week ago if i'm not mistaken ...it's good stuff=), better than FF IMO

no way man...if u do a lot of online research type stuff...FF is the way to go...gotta love these friggin tabs...working like this is 100X more efficient...plus gets rid of all the open windows in ur task manager. i couldnt stand IE...so many pop ups and i friggin got spyware.

firefox is the bomb, I always install it and uninstall IE on computers I work on for people...and its decreased the amount of comebacks I get for virus and spyware work...the only downside is that some (very few) websites dont load properly with

dude firefox is the best takes abt to get used to.. but its better.. less viruses and no pop ups.. IE sucks ***

you all ppl being brainwashed, not only FF have the tab ability, even netscape have them, and they even have pop/ad blockers too....am i only one that's seeing the light and using OPERA?

I have no spyware or popups either... and no google toolbar, i hate those ****ing toolbars!!

give me an address bar and the back, forward and stop buttons and i'm happy.... all that other crap takes up space
