Question What's your fav. tuner car mag? and y?

Sport Compact Car.

Because it's full of real, useful information about making cars go fast every month, and it hosts competitions such as the ultimate street car challenge. (USCC). Plus they have some really good writers and the editors know their stuff when it comes to fast cars.

Close behind in 2nd place: Honda Tuning

How bout you guys?

Sport Compact Car - hands down

I've been reading it since '98 or '99 maybe even earlier. Its a really informative, educational magazine. There was a bit of a toss up awhile back where basically everyone in the editorial staff (Josh Jacquot, Dave Coleman, Scott Oldham even Kojima all left.) The mag looked like it would fall under but they've replaced them with some new guys who seem to be dedicated and know what they're talking about. Though I doubt we'll ever get the level of geekitude that we had with older issues.

2nd - Honda Tuning

3rd - Modified Mag.

Yeah I thought it would either be moved or locked because the topic could be concidered "cars", even though it's about car 'magazines'.

Holy s#!t, brings back old times when I always look forward to getting my subscribs in the mail of Superstreet. Is it still in circulation? Man, that was like 10 + years ago.

Performance Auto and Sound.
I like that they're local and show local cars. I've had friends featured in it before.

I still have their 1st issue.

and yeah, it's just over 10 years now.

My favourites are

SCC <-- OG econo-car magasine
Hot Rod
Popular Hot Rodding
Mustangs and other Fast Fords
5.0
Honda Tuning

I've seen Hot Rod go from a flagship publication of Petersen Automotive to a wee lil mag in the corner of the mag rack. Truck mags are on the come-up now.

I used to have like 5 or 6 years worth, but the wife finally put her foot down and one day when I was working late, in the recycling it goes. I even sent them a pic of my 94 Civic in the "Readers Rides" section and they printed it. Wish I still have that issue...
