I don't like any racing where the vehicle is purpose built from scratch (like F1, NASCAR, dirt oval)... I like where cars are taken from production BODY IN WHITE, and transformed into race cars using the given powerplant in the production car and same susp layout. Like the various touring classes, and rally racing.

I'm with you on that B. I haven't watched a lot of them, but been trying to catch them when they are on Speed channel and find that type of racing more interesting than the rest.

I've seen the show, I don't think as highly of it as you seem to.

Honestly, I don't watch a whole lotta TV based auto stuff anymore. Once Stacey David left Trucks! on Spike, I kinda stopped watching all auto-related shows.

My goodness, it's your dirty little minds...the topic is related to the title. Fans of the sport know that there are five lights that go out that start the F1 race, hence, start the F1 season.

...why am I explaining this...?...
*rolls eyes and walks away giggling*

Street tuner challenge is so lame. They used a V6 mustang.....what the heck is that?

redline tv is a little better....the best motoring dvds are the best!

F1 can be kinda boring, though I love the technological part of F1.

The best racing to watch is touring type cars as mentioned before. They use STOCK vehicles to begin with.

Unlike nascar, where there isn't one single part on those left-turn-only beasts that is stock.

This years F1 should be very exciting. I am really looking forward to it starting as well! There are a lot of driver changes and changes to the looks and technology of the cars. Plus this year I'll be going to the Canadian GP!!

Side note, WRC is awesome too. The 2007 season has started already. I already downloaded and watched the race. Now talk about guts!!!!
