that's ok!! we can't make everyone happy!! The reason most people get mad at us is beacause they dont understand the coverage on their policy and believe they are entitled to everything in the world! But we do make mistakes and we are definately not perfect!

well I work at bell mobility network operations department translations technican....

and yes I have personal as an insurance company .... and I dislike the service I have also recieved (nothing to do with the claims department just wanted to make changes to my policy after another year of safe driving and was denied the change) I'll be switching companies sometime soon, in terms of the claims department ...never dealt with them yet and I hope I won't have to.

I don't know about that.

I work in a completely different department- I sit in front of a computer screen all day.

I can, however, hook you up with envelopes that have a Moneris logo.

Or I can get you some letter size white paper.

I'd love to help you out with the receipts, but I haven;t even seen any rolls of receipts around my area.

If I do, I'll let you know.
