If you're downtown, there's a place called Jalapenos on King St. just west of Bathurst. It's pricey but it's really good food. The tamarind chicken is amazing but it's like $18.

Dos Amigos - Bathurst north of Davenport. Good, less traditional dishes, more varied cuisine

Chimichangas - Yonge and Eglington for full serve, Yonge and Dundas for takeout. Good.. they make Guac at your table

Mariachi's - Yonge south of Eglington. Really, really good place. Patio in back.

La Mexicana - Bathurst south of Wilson. Alright food, good for a quick fix.

Fiesta Azteca - Bayview south of Eglington. Alright, nothing special. Good fajitas.

Hernando's Hideaway - Church and Wellington. Not really mexican or authentic but decent food (more tex-mex)

Rancho Relaxo - College near Spadina. Good, somewhat authentic.
