Where to get dog neuter?
Hello,
I recently picked up a puppy and he is startin' to get hyper. The leg humping is becoming a habit we want to limit. Does anybody know of any vet we can have him neuter at. I'm not looking to spend alot, so the cheaper the better. Perferably in the scarborough/markham area.

Im sure every vet neuters dogs. lol
check the yellow pages and call around.
I know its not a dog, but my cat cost $200
cheaper isnt always better, remember your talking about somethings life.
would you want some half assed surgen chopping your ***** off?

it's a dominance thing.
think of prison jokes. he wants you to be his bitch.
with a firm yet gentle hand, you should put him on his back with your hand around his throat. he may squirm and struggle.
you must not choke or make it painful though.
you'll see one dog put it's mouth around another dogs throat when they're "playing". it's all part of their hierarchy. they don't ever actually bite when they do that.
if you want to raise your dog up properly, try learning and understanding their social system and their mental capacity... you'll get much better results.
I believe in treating dogs, women, and children the same. Give them a treat and make them feel good, and you get much better social interaction with them.
Train the dog, don't let it train you.

The Toronto Human Society did my cat for some really nominal fee, $20 if I remember correctly.
It is in their best interest to do it for cheap so that they can limit the number of strays. However, I did get the cat from there in the first place so maybe there was a further discount because of that.
