I think you can get it at pretty much any Car audio store, that's were I've purchased in the past.

fabricland...dundas and winston churchill....in the plaza with Harvey's, Rogers Video, etc...it's not the exact same grey fabric that you would buy from a car stereo store...it's black fabric.
