I Know i was in grade 9 when the WTC went down........playing drugwars on my palm pilot......tego how old are you man....u must be my age if u were in grade 9.........i thought you were like 30

I'm old enoguh for all of these...

1) Blackout- On my way out the door at work. I droven home and got WASTED with one of my neighbours.
2) WTC- At work. I watched it happen live on the big screens.
3) OJ's verdict being read- My grandmother was a huge OJ fan, so I watched it with her.
4) Michael Jackson's "Thriller"- In Florida on a familty trip.
5) Challenger Expoded- I was in middle school and we got sent home.

...now that's what I'm talkin' about!! LOL!

who gets sent home when a space shuttle explodes....."OMG the shuttle exploded in taxas........everyone go home to your parents.......your safe there!!"

But at the time, the shuttle launches were a big deal. When it happened everyone freaked and they sent all the kids home. I was like 12 at the time. There was no CNN or televised bombings and stuff. It was HUGE at the time.

1) Working, worked as a lube tech @ crappy tire.
2) @home, turned on the TV and all channels were showing the same thing.
3) @ school, teacher put on the radio so we could hear.
4) I dunno, I didn't watch anything besides cartoons at the time.

1. Blackout : Swimming in my backyard, didn't even know the power was out until an hour or so later..

2. WTC : In my first period class, heard it on the PA.

3. I was probably too young to remember.

4. I wasn't even born.

are u sure about # 5 buddy? if you were in grade 7 for WTC, that means you were 12 years old at the time. That means you were born in 1987.....

Yeah, we got that cleared up back a few pages. In fact, he was probably thinking about the Columbia shuttle disaster which happened a few years ago. That's why I edited in the year b/c a lot of people got it mixed up.
