as far as the commercial goes it is annoying as hell but it does it's purpose it's ****ing stuck in your head, right now i bet you can hear the song that's playing... that's good advertising cuz it's memorable... and they will only really care if their target market (probably women 25-50) hate it enough that they'd stop shopping there... which i don't think is happening...

and my bus law minor came into play today at the office when i schooled some ppl about trademark legislations in canada... w00t!!
