Who has a DVD burner?

I have a movie that is on 2 VCD's right now, and would like to get it on one DVD disc. Getting tired of changing discs in the player. Anyone want to help me out?

I'm near the KC meet, so anyone near there would be nice, but I don't mind driving a bit, as long as it can be done while I wait.

Whoever can help, can keep a copy for themselves.

What movie is it you ask? Well, it's a surprise.

I just need the one DVD done.

Anyone?

Hey...don't the DVD copier you bought come with the software? I know how to turn a DVD into a VCD, but that wouldn't help.

I need someone with a DVD BURNER, not a CDR burner. The 2 VCD's are almost 1400 mb. I wanted the movie I have to be on one disc. For that to happen, I need to put it on a DVD disc.

I can rip DVD to my HD, but I can't put that nuch info onto a CDR. It's already compressed enough that the movie still looks half decent.....I don't want to compress it anymore.

Still that same question........does anyone have a DVD burner that would be able to help me?

I got one, and could do it for you but you would just have to drive to Waterloo
don't know if it's too far for you to drive though.

In this case, it's for the convenience of NOT having to switch discs.

The video is pretty good too. Not bad at all.

gatherer, yes...kinda......would like it done before friday......thursday would be nice.

Call me after 6pm....cool?

Alan!

I have a DVD burner at home. Though I haven't given it a real run yet.

Future shop has a two day sale...half price, so it'd come out to like...$200....

This is what my coworker told me...but sounds like a pretty good deal!!

the quality would be the same since he's just copying from a VCD onto a DVD.

of course the quality of an original DVD compared to an original VCD would be 100x better
