7 am when I woke up... power could have come back earlier, I just woke up at 7 to be able to witness it

Actually, my dads work had power at like 9PM last night, and it wasn't generators cuz the street lights were on in the area... and a few other areas in the city had power, but others no (like my house, but a building one block over was glowing it had so much power ).

i'm in waterdown and power came on at 2am for me.... although probably half of waterdown had power when i came home at like 1030 last night though....

The city is really unprepared for a blackout... we only have 24 hours of water supply, and people are so idiotic they do not realize an uncontrolled intersection should be treated as a 4 way stop, not whenever you feel like it.

All I know is that it came back on before 5:45AM in Markham.
