its nice to think that you can save the world, and have your little heart warmed..

I don't give to charities, and I already specified why. If you have other sentiments, and donating makes you feel better, then that is your right. I would rather spend my time and money making those who are involved in my life as happy as possible, thereby ensuring my own happiness. That way i know where every dollar of my charitable contribution goes, and it isn't towards inflated salaries of non-profit agency managers.

understood .. as i feel the same way .. but not to the extent to say like "only my family will get" i mean @ work if they have like Denim Day for Breast Cancer or things that my family has experienced then hey my $5 wont change the world but hey i did my lil part atleast ... in the end i see it like this ..

Charities raise sometimes Millions in a year and things are still not improving in my eyes .. i mean how long/how much money/how many ppl is it gonna take to cure AIDS ? CANCER ? ect ect .. in my opinion (and again its only my conspiracty mind working here) but i honestly think that any major disease such as the ones stated above will never be cured no matter how much money they get or how many ppl volunteer thier time ..

its just one of those things that help keep the population normalized .. i mean if we cured everything imagine how many ppl would still be alive ? DYAMMMMMMMMMM
