Honestly most popeye franchises serve old food. There are some stores that actually have good quality. But nonetheless its one of the only places to get some spicy chicken .

Thats why i burned that other location down... pos gave me mashed potatoes instead of a biscuit.

Here's a little bit of trivia:
I was told, a while ago, that Popeyes Restaurant was not named after the cartoon character (like I had originally thought), but was given the name from a character in the movie The French Connection--I think it was the role that Gene Hackman played, Popeye Doyle.

...ok, who cares! I'm starting to get hungry and there's one close by...

Yes we do...Queenston Road, right beside Swiss Chalet and same building as Wimpys, across the street from East Side Mario's & near Eastgate Square, fairly close to Centennial Pkwy. Haha, can I give a few more details? You probably know where I'm talking about.

Even had it tonight after reading this thread.

I don't think you can get more descriptive than that...I'll have to go check it out sometime.

Haha, Tego, well it's not Denningers, but everyone seems to like it quite a bit...
