I had to re-level the whole floor, and run new joists, and repair some. Nothing is straight in this cottage, but I did my best to correct everything. Once that is complete, its just small things like patching up some dings in the walls. Thats it for the front of the cottage, and now i'm going into the back bedroom and splitting that into 2 bedrooms, re-doing all the electrical and laying new subfloor and flooring down. Paint and all that crap as well. Lots of work to do still, but its coming along and i love it

Not much time for fishing and wakeboarding, but with this crappy weather we have, it keeps me inside anyways so I can finish up some work.
