Damn i miss the good old country living. There was a time when anyone could trade (without MONEY) for goods. IE eggs for fresh unpasteurized milk, chickens for vegetables , etc. Those times still exist, though they are very rare, due to BS health regulations. I want to go back to community living, where a community would get together to build a home or barn.
I really don't know how anyone can put with the BS of the concrete jungle.

It's all about what one has grown up with and conformed to.

The sticks/boonies are only good for long weekends.
I need my night life and convenience.
Being surrounded by trees just doesn't cut it for me.

i would like to move a little further up north. I'm not a big city person but I dont like the country either. I need to move somewhere quiet where I only have to drive 30 minutes to get to the city. richmond hill is getting fair too busy. waaaaaaaay to many people moving here who have no idea how to drive, super stressful environment
