LOL. Stupid poseurs always wants to race. Anyone smart would race in the track where others wont get hurt.
These ricers think their car is badass, but mostly they are stock.

Actually what he said make's perfect sense if average intelligence is 100 IQ and the average is taken over the whole population. then if 75% have below Average IQs (lets use 75 as their IQ just for Simplicity sake) then the other 25% have to have an IQ of 175 (if I did the math right) in order to Average it out.
