City is now saying to expect snow in Toronto for tomorrow. So.. it started with yesterday, then yesterday evening, then overnight, THEN this morning... then this afternoon, NOW tomorrow.

Sounds to me like their "new system" blows.

Literally.

I've noticed over the years that when ever they predict snow storms, they ALWAYS never hit untill 12 to 24 hours AFTER they predicted it would hit the area....true story...

Last couple weeks, we've been getting pounded by snow, where I work, almost every day....I still went to work, even when the roads were unplowed and covered with a couple inches...

But I have no traffic to deal with on my commute so can't really compair.

in hamilton there's vast fields and open spaces where you can just dump the snow, plus population is more dense in TO
it will take 24-48 hours for steve to absorb this concept.

the east end seems to have a lot of blowing snow. not sure of the snow depth though. it seems super duper cold out...like freezing.

Currently, it's -14°C (but -28°C with wind chill), and Hamilton is forecast to get between 10-20cm more snow, possibly greater amounts...that's according to the 11:00pm news.
