you can find that almost anywhere that isn't a muslim country.

Went to Cuba for the week of January 19-26 a few years back, Terence, and had great weather...I think there was one day that was cool (and it was sightseeing tour day, which was alright...), and one nighttime thunderstorm. Other than that, the week was great, hot and sunny. I know it's not always like that, but have no complaints on the weather during that specific week.
