women who want to be just friends

A woman has a close male friend. This means that he is probably interested in her, which is why he hangs around so much. She sees him strictly as a friend. This always starts out with, you're a great guy, but I don't like you in that way. This is roughly the equivalent for the guy of going to a job interview and the company saying, You have a great resume, you have all the qualifications we are looking for, but we're not going to hire you. We will, however, use your resume as the basis for comparison for all other applicants. But, we're going to hire somebody who is far less qualified and is probably an alcoholic. And if he doesn't work out, we'll hire somebody else, but still not you. In fact, we will never hire you. But we will call you from time to time to complain about the person that we hired.

I disagree with the analogy, due the fact that i have many close female friends i have no interest in getting with. They are just my friends. Many of them have been my friend for more then 10 years.

^^ There not ugly and Im not gay! I just know there not right for me in a relationship sense. I have 4 really close friends that are girls, one of them I have slept with, but only in the drunkin sex type way, and it didn't change things. The others I have slept with platonically and never tried to make a move on them. I guess that makes me one in a million...

Maybe you're secret gay.

Girls suck man. You can't hit them, push them, be honest with them, you have to think about their emotions before you say something like "you drive like a ****ing moron" or "you're getting pretty fat", you can't talk about guns, violence, or the news without pretending to care about starving children in some country that isn't able to take care of itself.

I got my gf to stop saying "other cultures aren't bad, they are just different" by pointing things out like in the cultures she's defending, I'd be able to beat her for having such a stupid opinion.

Boys and Girls are different, and it's next to impossible for a male to be straight, have average male interests, and hang out with average females who have average female interests.

The only reasons why guys will have multiple female friends that they regularly hang out with is because they are gay or pathetically sad and think they will one day sleep with one of them.

What kind of male wants to go to a cottage with 5 girls for example if his chances of even getting a hand job are zero? A weekend of sweeping the floor every time someone walks into the cottage, talking about celebrities and what a bitch Suzy can be sometimes while constantly hearing people compare the size of their thighs. Sounds thrilling! ***.

well the analogy is true, yet i do have several close female friends with which i havent or i have any intentions of sleeping with. maybe before when i met them but it just sort of turns into "just friends" and somebody to chill with.
Also, i am not gay. just to make that clear. i guess it depends what kind of person you are.
