i play it quite frequently still..=D...i have had it since the day it came out and i have 2 characters...1 level 50 undead rogue, and 1 level 37 tarren warrior..=D....great game!!!

2 of my friends are (i think) everquest geeks he sold his little computer sprite man or something make like 500 bucks i duno who would buy that **** some rich geek probly who sucks at the game and wil pay 2 get good i duno

well, i'm not sure what this "land party" thing is but if its anything like a lan party, then no, you cant play lan party style. Once you pick a server, you're always playing with everyone else on that server, which is in the thousands at any given time.

anyways, its a fun game, i got a couple characters but we cant play together unless we're in the same realm and if we're both on a common side (alliance/horde) my character is horde.

I've got the game too, lvl 60 paladin on mannoroth, if you make an alliance character on my server I can hook you up with stuffs.

As for the people who say its for nerds and geeks stfu, its a game, you don't have to spend your whole life playing it like other MMORPGs (Everquest). I sit down play for an hour or 2 and leave, I don't see how its any different than playing Gran Turismo 4 on my PS2.
