i dont think you would go to jail but you would get kicked out
on my friends 19th bday we took him to Rev then to roxannes after and after his lapdance... i guess cuz he was drunk he ejacualated on the wrong end and vomit was everywhere.. he didnt get any on the **** but like... it was all over the bar tho and they just kicked him out and said random stuff on the PA like "looks like we got an amateur drinking in the house" and stuff

no i doubt that will happen.. but the thought is gross.. forget the shakin part just get toss'ed then walk away if you pull a fight they will fight back ... just pull the easy way out you barf on the bitch and you dont get harmmed .. she will just obviously be pissed. she slap's you you smile

Possibly... if you throw anything at another person on purpose, it is considered assault. Period... so if you had a food fight in a restaurant, throw a dinner roll at your buddy and hit a waitress by mistake, you go to jail. (I know a paintball team that learned this the hard way.) So, the key is to make it look like a mistake OR make sure there are no witnesses... if you can do that, you are golden...

PS... if you can make it look like a mistake, video tape that sum-bitz, you'll make a fortune!
