leave your current job, if you are unhappy, and take a 3 month contract in Alberta (possible extension) and get paid close to $90k?

thoughts....

my friend is comptemplating and im telling him to go for it

wait, almoust 90k in 3 months?
hell drop the job go for the contract, hope for extension. even if you dont..you can come back and find a better/equivilent job that you had before and go back to the old routiene except 3months later and 90k richer.
btw does he have a family?

yes 90K per year so whatever that works out to a month; maybe $5000K net or something?

and it's an IT job...not an oil rig job

i absolutely would and i'd also try to get set up there for life. low taxes, great skiing closeby, how can you go wrong.

if you are grossing 90k for 3months then its an assumption that 50k would be net give or take...ya know what I mean?
