6News: Free State cracks down on 'provocative' dances

Free State High School Administrators say problems with the way students dance at such events as homecoming and prom have prompted them to take some drastic measures.

Now if a student is caught dancing in a "provocative" way, they will be warned and then possibly kicked out of the dance.

Student council members have found a way to inform more students through a video (below) of their mascot showing what is and what is not appropriate.

Actually when I was in OAC (when those still existed long ago ) our grade nines were downright freaky... I just wasn't right seeing like 13-14 year old kids grindin like they gettin freaky. maybe that's what they are cracking down on. Not like it matters... it's still stupid, but the kids look like idiots doing that.

LOL that's a ******* joke, who doesen't go to clubs and **** at 15-16 I was and I was grinding like a **** who givs a ****, it's all about having a good time. I understand ******* on the stage, then that's unacceptable and I thought the rules were rougher here than in the states, guess not
