Good points from everyone....

alot of people seem to think that Steroid is a miracle drug... bullshyt... just b/c your on it your diet has to be top notch...
and eating right is the Main thing, especially on Certain times...

as for Tdot M1T - testosterone - my buddy started it and started getting bigger within 2 weeks of use... now for someone who is small its working... i also knew another guy who was on Testosterone pil form and this guy blew up... like i mean litrerally his body got BIGGEr and his Face blew up.....

he tried everything from Mega Gain to Protein and eating, but nothing seems to be working... is there a bad side??? like anything.... everything has side effects... over use of ephedrine can make u depressed... use of clenbuterol - not enough water cramps you up huge!!!

but you know all about that...

yeah, for me it works, it wont help you get BIGGER unless everything else is in check- diet and training.

Right now im at a huge plateau and I cant get out of it, so im doing a cycle of creatine to help me. All that creatine does for me is give me more endurace/energy at the gym- which is highly needed after working 8 hours on my feet doing phisical work. If its a placebo effect- so be it. All I know is when im on it I can lift slightly more for more reps which then directly relates to gains because of my diet and training- NOT simply because of creatine. I dont know why you guys are bashing it so bad, its personal preference because there is NOTHING stated about it having a negative effect on your body when taken correctly.

To the people that are ranting and raving about it- do you drink? get drunk once and a while? smoke? smoke up? nuff said, all of the above have worse effects then creatine.

The only thing I notice when on it is that I drink allot of water, and retain allot of it- THIS is not a negative effect, it is an EFFECT. such as when you poison your body with alchohol and feel sick the next day from dehydration.

IMO Creatine does work when used as intended. Will it make you muscles, NO. Will it increase your rep capability if used with lots of water and exercise, YES. Slowly it will add a few reps as it takes longer to break the muscle down. So unless your willing to workout intense and regular, there is no point in taking it.

Protein, on the other hand is simular in that it will only add muscle if your breaking down the amino acid chains via working out, then the protein helps repair the muscle faster and better.

Neither is intended to be a magic powder and until people understand that and are willing to work hard to get results over time, they trash it.

Also, there are no studies that help or hurt creatine, so don't give me that **** that it conclusively works or is proven not to work. Also, where is the proof it hurts your body...your not supposed to drink lbs or it. you cycle it and there is a loading stage, but after its maintenance only. Especially for vegetarians, explain to me how creatine can hurt the body when they source zero creatine.

as for drinking - statistics say its good for you.. but over kill like getting drunk aint helping your cause..

you want to get Lean.. lay back on everything that is going to slow you down... smoking green or cigs, drinking... you know how much Calories are in beer??? people neglect this alot... but hey if you dont care... who cares right...

Creatine helped me hit my goal 4 months earlier, i didnt use powder form, i hit the Purple K which did wonders... i weigh 168lbs and i can bench 230lbs, which is a huge accomplishment, and i can only do 3 reps.. but thats better than nothing...
and this is natural, meaning i never juiced up... have i ever wanted to?? Hell YAH... some of my buddies were on it, the Gain, the strength, the size was noticeable after 2 weeks....

what veered me off??? the damn syringe... i aint going to deny that i wanted to use it... b/c most of the people working out today are ON IT....especially young adults...

my goal right now is not size but to get lean... right now my diet is very important... and loads of Cardio, but with this weather, id die running outside...
