while I was at the LCBO I was readin the sign they had about the increase in price of the "strong beers" and it was sayin it was there effort in being a "responsible retailer" or somethin like that...is a $0.15 increase supposed to stop people from gettin drunk?
hahahaha...I wish we had Quebec laws where I can goto the corner store and buy a beer if I'm thirsty on a hot day
