I dun think the worm has anything to do with it dude. Mezcaline is a synthetic derivative of payote as far as I know, and it's an illegal drug usually sold in pill form. Very similar to what's found in magic mushrooms and payote (the cactus).
Basically what I'm saying, I'm sure the LCBO screens their drinks for drugs before they put them on the shelf... they won't allow hallucinogenic drinks into the country.
