okay if the police want to tap your phone then they do it but why would there be a backdoor number to connect to them? the whole idea is that you don't know..

the backdoor number i'm guessing is a shortcut to call your local police station, to save time from calling 911, as 911 is only for emergency's

soo instead of pressing 3 numbers.
now you press pound and 4 numbers?
that would be retarded.
lol

btw you dont have to even press 9-1-1 all you have to do is hold the number 9 down and it will automatically call it this is with every phone available in canada (cell)

^^^ the difference between pressing 3 numbers and pressing 4 is the 3 numbers are for emergency's ONLY, while 4 numbers are to get in touch with your nearest precinct

^^^^^^^^^^^^^

hahaha, one telus phone it doesn't work on...

ooooh... and i have asked my boss and he doesn't know and i sent the question to this feeback team we have and they said they don't know... i mean if its some sort of a service number the company would have a record of it. hahaha, its a trip out really... especially telling a bunch of ppl to try it when they are wasted and it will only work on some ppl... its messed...

anyway, thanks to the dude who tried it from telus and it didn't work...

and btw... it does work on bell numbers cause it works on two of my friends phones... one is prepaid and the other is monthly. sometimes i have to much time on my handss.... this time being one of them and it wouild be interesting to know what the number is for... just call and ask them what the number is...

i asked... and they were like its peel police and i told them i dialed this *7777 and they were like i don't know... hmmmm...
